Kentucky Utilities has donated $5,000 to Lone Jack School Center to assist with the purchase of new playground equipment. The school’s PTSA and Board of Education collaborated with Kentucky Utilities to provide not only a safe, but fun learning environment for the students to play on while getting physical activity each day. Here, KU representative Darlene Long presents a check to Brenda Ferguson, representing Lone Jack School Center’s faculty and staff, and PTSA representative, Jessica Jordan.
