James Edward Carroll, 46, of Middlesboro, two counts of leaving the scene of an accident, failure of owner to maintain required insurance, operating on suspended or revoked operator’s license, parole violation warrant, third-degree burglary, second-degree fleeing or evading police, first-degree possession of a controlled substance;

Brandon Lee Cavins, 35, of Middlesboro, violation of a Kentucky EPO/DVO;

Timothy Cole, 18, third-degree criminal mischief;

Beth Cook, 36, of Pineville, three bench warrants for court, contempt of court;

Claude E. Dixon, 52, of Middlesboro, third-degree burglary, possession of burglary tools, serving bench warrant;

Josh Dunson, 39, of Lynch, second-degree fleeing or evading police, first-degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), four bench warrants for court, second-degree fleeing or evading police;

Edward M. Evans Jr., 52, of Middlesboro, first-degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), tampering with physical evidence;

John Harmon, 26, of Clinton, Tenn., public intoxication with a controlled substance;

Hope Marie Hatfield, 30, of Middlesboro, three counts failure to appear;

Amy Haynes, 36, warrant (for other police agency);

Timothy Allen Lamb, 30, of Middlesboro, bench warrant for court, third-degree criminal mischief;

Leslie H. Lawson, 37, of Pineville, two counts failure to appear, careless driving, no registration receipt, failure to produce insurance card, operating a motor vehicle under the influence;

Ashley Leach, 24, of Tazewell, Tenn., bench warrant for court;

Shanna Aileen Mason, 40, of Middlesboro, first-degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, bench warrant for court, parole violation warrant;

Tiffany Mason, 37, of Pineville, bench warrant for court;

Micheal L. Mayes, 53, of Middlesboro, public intoxication with a controlled substance, falsely reporting an incident, harassing communications;

David Mills, 56, of Middlesboro, four counts of third-degree assault;

Richard Neal, 42, of Middlesboro, first-degree trafficking a controlled substance (less than 2 grams of meth), bench warrant for court;

Misty D. Overton, 21, of Middlesboro, three bench warrants for court;

Tammy M. Payne, 43, of Middlesboro, bench warrant for court;

Johnathen Prater, 28, of Middlesboro, careless driving, operating a motor vehicle under the influence, no registration plates, no registration receipt, failure to produce insurance card, driving on DUI suspended license, failure to register transfer of motor vehicle, rear license not illuminated;

Wayne A. Raines, 40, of Middlesboro, three bench warrants for court;

Chris Smith, 18, of Middlesboro, third-degree criminal trespassing, theft by unlawful taking ($500 or more but less than $10,000), second-degree disorderly conduct, tampering with physical evidence;

Darrell Wilson, 34, of Pineville, six warrants (for other police agency);
