In 2013, Middlesboro held the honor of hosting the Traveling Vietnam Wall in the city parking lot. “The Moving Wall” is the half-size replica of the Washington D.C. Vietnam Veterans Memorial. The traveling wall holds names of about 58,000 military members who were killed in action.
