Thanks partly to a grant from the Elks National Foundation, Middlesboro Lodge No. 119 recently made a donation of $250 to the Boy Scouts of America. The Elks have helped support the Boy Scouts for many years and was pleased to do so again this year. Here, Kirby Smith III, executive board member of the Boy Scouts Blue Grass Council, accepts the donation from Past Elks President Mark Whited.
