The Bell County boys basketball team will be hosting their annual boys basketball camp beginning June 11 until June 13. The camp is for any boy kindergarten through the eighth-grade that wants to learn the fundamentals of basketball.

The camp will be daily from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. at the high school gym. To reserve a spot, email head coach Frankie Smith at frankie.smith@bell.kyschools.us. The price of the camp is $40. All proceeds go to the boys basketball program.

“The primary objective is to provide young athletes the opportunity to enhance their skills and techniques,” said Smith. “Campers will be exposed to basic fundamentals, as well as team and individual defensive and offensive concepts. Through exposure to great competition and enthusiastic instruction, we are confident (the camper) will become a better basketball player.”
