Southeast Kentucky & Technical College will hold a mock disaster from 11 a.m. to noon on April 19. This simulated event helps train allied health students and ensures that Emergency Operations Plan runs smoothly. The Kentucky State Police, Middlesboro Police Department, ARH, Air Evac and other emergency personnel will be involved.
