Pineville’s Jill Enix earned yet another award for her work on the hardwood last season. She received SEKC Player of the Year honors among A/2A schools. This is the second year in a row that she has been granted the award — sharing the honor last year with former Harlan standout Jordan Brock.

The Midway University commit led the Lady Lions averaging 16.1 points and 11.8 rebounds per game. She helped lead Pineville to a second 13th Region tournament appearance in four years while compiling an 18-12 record.

Harlan County’s Blair Green also received player of the year honors after leading the Lady Black Bears to a 28-2 record while averaging 26 points and 6.5 rebounds a game.
