On Saturday, Middlesboro Elks Lodge No. 119 held their annual community Easter egg hunt for children ages 1-12. Held at the usual grassy area behind Middlesboro High School, the Elks have sponsored this event in Middlesboro for over 25 years. This year the Elks hid almost 2,500 eggs including about 200 prize eggs. It took participants less than 5 minutes to find them all. Pictured are some of the children who arrived early for the hunt along with parents, grandparents and others.
