Lincoln Memorial University’s mascot, Abe, has fun and gets the crowd fired up during events. He was spotted going for two points during recent basketball games, when LMU’s Lady Railsplitters took the win and the Railsplitters clinched the SAC regular season title. The Lady Railsplitters open up SAC tournament play at home, where they host Catawba Wednesday night. Game time is 6 p.m.The men open up SAC tournament play at home as well Wednesday night, with tip-off scheduled for 8 p.m. against Anderson.
