More than 374 Berea College students were names to the fall 2017 Dean’s List. A student is named to the Dean’s List who achieves a GPA of 3.4 or higher while passing at least 4 total credits, a course load equivalent to 16 semester hours.

Local students named to the Dean’s List include: Colton Honeycutt, of Middlesboro, Victoria Lowrance, of Middlesboro, and Aubrey Melton, of Pineville.

In recognition of academic performance, the Office of the Vice President for Academic Affairs at University of the Cumberlands (UC) has announced the students named to the Dean’s and President’s Lists for the fall 2017 semester.

To be eligible for the Dean’s List, students must maintain a minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.50 and be in good academic standing. To be eligible for the President’s List, students must maintain a minimum cumulative grade point average of 4.0, receive an “A” grade in UC Engage and be in good academic standing.
