In time-honored Army tradition, Capt. Mike Moynahan passed the guide-on of Company D 149th Infantry Battalion through the hands of Lt. Col. Eddie Simpson to Capt. Don Lewis on Dec. 3. Moynahan had served as the Company Commander for the last three years. He will continue to serve in the Kentucky National Guard as a Battalion Staff Officer of the 149th Infantry Battalion.
