ARH Internal Medicine Clinics and Middlesboro ARH Hospital has welcomed Brooke Laughter, DO, to its medical staff.

Dr. Laughter (pronounced LAW-TER) earned her medical degree from Lincoln Memorial University, Debusk College of Osteopathic Medicine, and completed her internal medicine residency at Bluefield Regional Medical Center in Bluefield, West Virginia.

Dr. Laughter, who specializes in internal medicine, has joined the practice of Elizabeth Douglas, MD, and Jessica Helton, APRN, who practice family medicine. As an internist, Dr. Laughter’s expertise is to diagnose and treat a comprehensive spectrum of illnesses that affect adults, including acute illnesses such as infections and influenza and chronic illnesses such as diabetes and high blood pressure. Dr. Laughter also promotes wellness, disease prevention and mental health.
