The Middlesboro Mall is hosting its annual Malloween event this Tuesday, complete with trick-or-treating and a costume contest.

The fun will begin at 5 p.m., as children are provided with a safe, kid-friendly environment to obtain their massive collection of candy for the holiday. Registration for the costume contest begins at 5 p.m. as well, with the winners being chosen at 6 p.m.

The event is aimed toward children age 12 and under, and — while adults are welcome to dress up — full face masks are prohibited on anyone older than 12 years of age.

“We encourage everyone to come out and enjoy the fun,” said Middlesboro Mall Manager Charles Burchfield.
