Exercise program to kick off

The “Get Moving, Kentucky” exercise program has something for everyone. You can walk, run, dance, sweep, rake, bicycle, etc. for 15-30 minutes, five times a week, with great benefits.

Possibilities include lowering blood pressure, increased metabolism, reduced body fat, improved sleep patterns, increased self-esteem and confidence, and reduced or better-managed stress.

Join the Bell County Cooperative Extension Service for this University Of Kentucky sponsored eight-week program starting Oct. 1.

There is no cost involved and all those who complete the program will receive a gift. Once you have registered for the program, you will receive an activity log to record you minutes on each day.
