District deputy visits Middlesboro lodge

Laura Clifford, district deputy grand exalted ruler for the Eastern District of Kentucky of the Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks, from Cynthiana Lodge No. 438, recently visited Middlesboro Lodge No. 119. As required at all lodges, while in Middlesboro District Deputy Clifford made the yearly inspection of Lodge facilities, reviewed all books, records and procedures and addressed the membership at a regular Lodge meeting. Also visiting Middlesboro with the district deputy were Jeff Clifford, safety inspector from Cynthiana lodge, as well as Ron Whitaker, deputy esquire and district deputy designate for next year from Frankfort Lodge No. 530.
